Potential issues

1) Flash player is required to display the content on the site. Without flash the site is useless. 

2) For those who do not wish to download flash (such as myself) I can only speculate what the site is about. 

3) The Overall appearance of the site isn't very appealing. 

Improvements 

They should integrate a way of displaying their content without users having to download a program. They should also update their site to be more appealing, I understand its tailored towards children but parents are ultimately going to access and utilize the site.

Potential issues 

1) The site is way too crowded

2) It is difficult to navigate its like there is too much information

3) All of the testimonials and arbitrary information makes the site look a bit cheesy 

They should remove some of the unnecessary content on their site. They should also make the site more user friendly by consolidating their products into cleaner more organized fashion.

1) The site is clean and has a nice modern look

2) The content is easy to access without bombarding the visitor

3) Products are displayed in an appealing manner and are accompanied by supplemental information

1)  As to be expected with an automobile site the content displayed is appealing. 

2)  There are plenty of photos which grabs the visitors attention 

3) The site is very user friendly and navigating it is easy.
